Job Description:

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and provide outstanding service to our customers.

Work shift: 5 days a week Mon - Fri

Duties:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Provide information about products and services
* Assist customers with scheduling repairs/services
* Collects and data enters information accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

* Must be able to work with very minimal supervision.
* Ready to deliver an exceptional experience and create a lasting impression.
* Excellent communication skills, good listener, solution finder and relationship builder.
* Must have impeccable grammatical skills and strong attention to detail.
* Must be proficient with Excel, Word, and Google software.
* Must be able to handle general office maintenance and administrative duties.
* Customer service or call center experience preferred.
* Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player who can thrive in a fun, fast paced environment.
* Be open-minded, creative, self-motivated, and have a willingness to learn.
