Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Growth Engineer to drive product
growth through data-driven experiments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven experiments to enhance user
acquisition and retention
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on growth
targets and improve conversion paths
Lead and mentor a global team of engineers, managing projects from
concept to execution
Required Qualifications
Experience leading and mentoring engineers in growth-focused
environments
Proficiency in full-stack development, particularly with Ruby on
Rails, React, and payment integrations
Strong background in product-led growth and A/B testing
Experience with project management and executing data analysis
Familiarity with usage-based subscription and membership models
