About the role
We are seeking a driven Integrated Marketing Manager to join our
Product & Lifecycle marketing team. In this role, you will play a
key part in crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns
that elevated Chime to one of the most recognized brands in the US.
This highly cross-functional position will collaborate with
internal teams and partners to launch impactful go-to-market
campaigns and full-funnel creative strategies that increase brand
awareness, fuel product adoption, and achieve measurable business
outcomes.
A successful candidate leads with a customer-first mindset, using
data and insights to guide campaign planning and execution. You
excel in teamwork, have stellar project management skills, and
thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you can expect to
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that
leverage a variety of channels to drive business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product marketing,
lifecycle marketing, creative, brand, growth, analytics, and
insights) to develop strategies, messaging, and marketing materials
that ensure a consistent brand experience and connect with the
target audience.
- Utilize data, insights and campaign performance to analyze
results of launched initiatives, inform executional opportunities,
and make data-driven recommendations for future
initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of thoughtful campaign briefs
that drive clarity and understanding of key objectives, target
audience, and expected outcomes.
- Manage project timelines across a variety of campaigns and
projects, ensuring on-time delivery and flawless
execution.
- Maintain our shared marketing calendar, working closely with
cross-functional teams to plan and track marketing activities
aligned to key product launches and consumer moments.
- Identify market trends and consumer insights to inform
marketing strategies and campaign development.
To thrive in this role, you have
- 3-5 years of marketing, brand strategy, product marketing, or
consumer marketing experience at an advertising/marketing agency
and/or in-house at a tech, consumer finance or innovative,
fast-paced consumer brand.
- Experience executing end-to-end campaigns, including
cross-functional planning, budget management, KPI tracking,
creative asset development, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
and deadlines.
- Understanding of media strategies and tactics across
channels.
- Solid analytical skills, experience synthesizing data and
insights to identify and act upon opportunities.
- Self-starter who can work both independently and
collaboratively with a "make it happen" mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a reputation for
developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional
relationships.
- Ability to adapt and thrive within the fast pace and ambiguity
of a growth organization.
- Experience partnering/working with agencies and vendors with
knowledge of production timelines is a plus.
- BS/BA in Marketing or related field.
