Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Management Risk
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategies to manage credit line increases and decreases for
existing customers
Develop and manage fraud strategies, including transaction
approvals and account takeover defenses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer
engagement and monitor performance
Required Qualifications
12-15+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on
credit and fraud strategies
Experience with data analysis and programming tools such as SQL,
Python, R, Databricks, and Snowflake
Quantitative background in engineering, statistics, math,
economics, or related fields
Experience in leading and developing analytical teams
Familiarity with regulatory compliance, such as FCRA and Reg Z, is
a plus
