Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer (Contract) to design and execute targeted recruiting strategies for technical talent.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for candidates from outreach to onsite interview
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop customized sourcing strategies
Utilize data-driven approaches to track and report funnel metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience sourcing Engineering, Product, or Design talent
Proven success in hiring top-tier technical talent at high-growth companies
Experience using sourcing and candidate lifecycle tools
Strong networking abilities to maintain relationships with passive candidates
Passion for blockchain technologies and Web3
