Senior Relationship Strategist Job Description
Develop and execute relationship management plans to acquire and retain high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, providing exceptional client experience and growing a book of business through client expansion and new client acquisition.

Responsibilities


  • Lead or support client management activities with clients and prospective clients, developing and executing relationship management plans to acquire and retain clients.
  • Coordinate with team to determine action plan through thorough discovery of client needs to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Held accountable for the growth of their book of business through client expansion and new client acquisition, developing and executing strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships for the bank.
  • Manage risk through appropriate client selection and ensure that service delivery is consistent with the fees being charged.
  • Maintain timely, accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks as determined by the business.


    Requirements

    • Extensive experience working with high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, preferably with an existing book of business.
    • Current knowledge of local market and centers of influence strongly preferred.
    • University/college degree, higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
    • Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
