Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Credentialing Specialist
(Remote) to coordinate and manage the credentialing and privileging
process for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and credentialing processes for providers,
residents, and fellows
QA provider credentialing files and prepare for Credentialing
Committee meetings
Assist in maintaining compliance with accreditation standards and
manage credentialing database
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of an Associate degree in healthcare
5 or more years of credentialing and privileging experience
CPCS certification required or to be obtained within 18 months of
employment
Knowledge of multiple State, Federal, and Local regulations
Familiarity with AAAHC, TJC, and AAAASF accreditation
requirements
