Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to manage
customer service communications.
Key Responsibilities
Process and respond to member emails, faxes, and calls
Handle escalated member issues professionally and timely
Promote first call resolution by addressing customer issues
effectively
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in
healthcare
1+ years of experience managing escalated member issues
Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from
9am-6pm ET
Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Outlook
