Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Advocate I to
provide quality front-line customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound phone and email contacts, aiming for one
call resolution
Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to maintain
records of customer interactions
Determine when to escalate customer concerns for further
resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center
environment
Basic experience using office productivity software tools
Familiarity with multiple web browsers and internet navigation
High School diploma or equivalent education
Regular and reliable attendance
