Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant to
foster positive relationships between the organization and its
employees.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement employee relations policies and
procedures
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with
employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field, or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience
Proven work experience in an Employee Relations or similar role
Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience in conflict resolution and mediation
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
