Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud Prevention Agent to monitor and
prevent fraudulent activity on their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze daily alerts to identify and mitigate potential
fraudulent activity
Review customer accounts and ensure compliance with anti-money
laundering regulations
Communicate directly with customers regarding fraud-related matters
and assist support teams with escalated issues
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant fraud and/or AML risk experience
Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Finance, or Business is an
asset
Understanding of gaming and payment processes, including sports
betting and casino operations
Competence with Salesforce and G Suite products, with intermediate
Google Sheets skills desirable
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing in multiple
jurisdictions
